At EVWholesale, we aim to provide high-quality electric mobility products at competitive prices. To maintain this commitment, we do not accept returns under any circumstances, except as outlined below. All products sold by EVWholesale are covered solely by the original manufacturer's warranty, and any performance issues, malfunctions, or concerns must be addressed directly with the manufacturer.
Please note:
All sales are final.
Returns are not accepted once a product has been opened or used, for any reason.
If you experience an issue with your product after delivery, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty for support, repair, or replacement options.
EVWholesale does not offer in-house warranty repair, returns, exchanges, or replacements. All warranty coverage and decisions are managed by the manufacturer.
The only exception to our no-return policy is if the product meets all of the following conditions:
The item is brand new, in its original box, and has never been opened, assembled, or used.
The return request is made within 3 calendar days of delivery (based on carrier tracking).
The customer agrees to:
Pay a 3.5% restocking fee, based on the full product price (including tax and any accessories).
Cover the full cost of return shipping, using a trackable and insured shipping service.
Ensure the product arrives back in resalable condition, unopened and undamaged.
If the product has been opened, assembled, or used in any way, a return is not permitted under any circumstance. Instead, any issues must be handled through the manufacturer’s warranty process.
To request a return under the above exception:
Email support@evwholesale.com within 3 days of delivery with:
Your order number
Delivery date (with tracking)
Confirmation that the item is new and unopened
If your return is conditionally approved:
You will receive return instructions and the address for shipment.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm if it meets the return criteria.
If the item is returned in any condition other than brand new and unopened, the return will be rejected and no refund will be issued. The customer will be responsible for return shipping back to them.
If your return meets all conditions and is approved:
A refund will be issued to your original payment method.
The refund amount will be less the following:
3.5% restocking fee
Return shipping costs (if prepaid by EVWholesale)
Any damages or missing components, if applicable
Please allow 7 to 10 business days after approval for the refund to reflect on your account.
Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund under any condition, whether opened or unopened. All Final Sale items are still covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
EVWholesale cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx). If a customer refuses delivery or attempts a return due to shipping delays, they will remain liable for shipping fees and subject to the return terms stated above.
