At EVWholesale, our goal is to provide quality electric mobility products at competitive prices, with a commitment to transparency and customer satisfaction. However, it’s important to understand that EVWholesale does not offer or administer any product warranties directly.
All products sold through EVWholesale are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty, and all warranty claims must be made through the manufacturer according to their policies and procedures.
All products sold by EVWholesale—including electric scooters, e-bikes, and other electric vehicles—are protected under the manufacturer's standard warranty, which typically includes coverage for key components such as the battery, motor, controller, and display. Warranty duration and coverage terms vary by brand and product. Customers are encouraged to consult the manufacturer's website or warranty documentation included with the product for complete details.
Since EVWholesale is not the manufacturer, we are not responsible for decisions related to warranty coverage, repairs, or replacements. The following situations are generally not covered under most manufacturer warranties:
Cosmetic damage, scratches, or dents
Wear and tear items (e.g., tires, brake pads, tubes, screws)
Issues due to misuse, neglect, water damage, or improper storage
Products used for commercial or rental purposes
Aftermarket modifications or non-OEM part failures
It is the responsibility of the customer to maintain their product in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines.
While EVWholesale does not perform warranty repairs directly, we are happy to assist you in navigating the warranty process by:
Connecting you with the appropriate manufacturer support channel
Providing basic troubleshooting guidance
In many cases, manufacturers will require photo or video evidence to process a claim, and may also require the product to be shipped to a certified service center. Shipping costs for warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer's policies.
If you believe your product is experiencing an issue covered under the manufacturer’s warranty:
Locate your original purchase receipt.
Contact the product manufacturer directly using the contact information found in your owner’s manual or product packaging.
Provide all required documentation, including photos/videos and a description of the issue.
If you need help identifying the manufacturer or locating their support resources, you may contact EVWholesale customer service for assistance, and we’ll do our best to point you in the right direction.
Shipping policies related to warranty repairs are governed by each individual manufacturer. In general:
If a warranty issue occurs within the first 14 days of delivery, some manufacturers may cover shipping costs for both parts and repairs.
After 14 days, customers may be responsible for any shipping expenses involved in warranty service, depending on the brand’s policy.
Original packaging may be required for any warranty-related return shipments.
Manufacturer warranties may be transferable, depending on the brand and their policies. To inquire about transferring warranty coverage to a new owner, please consult the manufacturer directly. Most require proof of original purchase to validate the remaining warranty period.
